Account and data deletion
Request removal of your BucketAtlas account and the personal data we hold for that account.
You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal data. If you are signed in, you can submit a request through this website: it is stored in our systems and can be reviewed in your account under Privacy Requests.
You may also contact us at niclasmerz200@gmail.com by email, for example if you cannot sign in or prefer to write directly.
Some information may need to be retained for a time where required by law, for security or fraud prevention, to handle disputes, or in backups until they expire in the normal backup cycle. Submitting a request does not guarantee that every copy of data everywhere is erased instantly at that moment; we will process requests in good faith and in line with these constraints.
Website requests are tied to your BucketAtlas login so we can confirm who is asking and avoid anonymous abuse. Sign in, then return here to submit your deletion request.
Use this if you cannot sign in or would rather contact us directly. We may need additional steps to verify that a request relates to your account. Messages sent only by email are not automatically added to your on-site Privacy Requests list—only submissions through the website (when signed in) appear there.
