Overview
BucketAtlas is an iPhone app for planning travel goals, tracking countries and activities, and collaborating in shared atlases. By creating an account or using BucketAtlas, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Using BucketAtlas
You may use BucketAtlas for personal planning and invited collaboration. You are responsible for your account activity, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for providing accurate account information. You must not impersonate another person or try to access another user's account without permission.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the goals, notes, atlas titles, country information, photos, and other content you create in BucketAtlas. You give BucketAtlas a limited right to store, process, sync, and display that content only as needed to operate the app and its collaboration features.
Collaboration
BucketAtlas includes shared atlases and invite-based collaboration. If you share an atlas, invited collaborators may be able to view or edit shared content depending on their role. You are responsible for deciding what to keep private and what to share.
Acceptable Use and Misuse
You must not use BucketAtlas to harass others, send spam invites, upload unlawful or abusive content, infringe rights, spread malware, scrape data, probe security, or misuse collaboration features. BucketAtlas may restrict invites, remove access, suspend features, or ban accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Supporter Access
BucketAtlas may offer optional supporter benefits, including higher collaboration limits. Supporter access may be verified through Ko-fi where applicable. Supporter payments or support actions do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific feature forever, and any third-party payment or support platform is subject to its own terms.
Availability and Sync
BucketAtlas uses local storage and cloud-backed sync. The app may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, or inconsistent across devices or sessions. BucketAtlas does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free sync, or permanent preservation of every item of content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BucketAtlas is provided on an as-available basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from downtime, sync issues, collaboration disputes, or content loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes
BucketAtlas may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. If the Terms are updated, you may be asked to review and accept the new version before continuing to use the app.
